Wonderful farmhouse

  The venue is 20 km away from Izmit and 110 Km from Istanbul at an attitude of 750 m. There are two semi-detached villas, each appr. 120 m² (excluding the veranda and the downstairs) having a living room with a built-in kitchen and a fire-place, 4 bed rooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a WC. Each part has a veranda of its own and appr.30m². Below there is a common indoors appr 4.5 m by 20m with a table tenis and a Professional size billiards occupying one half, whereas the other half is empty. There is a WC as well.  

In the corner of the garden there is a wood shelter 4m by 4m and a pergola in front and a brick oven next to it. The total area is 2.5 decares. The real estate was planned for 2 close friends and their families. They used the venue for about 10 years. The houses have been protected from winter by siding and jacketted. The basement has been protected by thick gas concrete bricks.
